At Bottle of Italy, we strive to ensure every artisanal product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our food and wine, returns are generally accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Order

    Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your package for any signs of damage or leakage and verify that all items match your order confirmation.

    Contact Support

    If you encounter an issue, email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect goods.

  • 3.
    Await Authorization

    Our team will review your request and, once approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions if a physical return is required.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once your claim is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you.
